later,the coach talked to us .
say why we have physical training .
so that we our heartbeats will be steady during competition, not beat damn fast then later damn nervous, etcetc.
then one oldest senior among us, graduated from westspring ler, in shooting for 5 years liaos, talk to us, say he hate us ?
hate our attitude, say : back in his time, his physical training tougher than us, etcetc , and say if we respect him , he'll respect us back , etcetc .

then released .
